The Yankee Group Research Inc. found that "Nearly 80% of businesses have Macs in-house" when they conducted a of more than "700 senior IT administrators and C-level executives." Also found is that the "number of actual users is very significant" and that "IT professionals noted that the reliability of Apple's hardware was a factor in shifting to Macs." It's been my experience that the hardware is very well designed and engineered and that the Mac OS is thought out from startup to shutdown. It amazes no else does this as consistently as Apple does.
